Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related field from an accredited institution;
Three (3) years of experience working as an Audio Video Technician or a similar position;
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of video, sound and lighting equipment;
Good troubleshooting skills;
Computer Proficiency (MS Office)
Outstanding Interpersonal and customer service skills
High and tested sense of intergity and organizational ability;

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the setup of lighting equipment, including stage lighting, spotlights, and special effects lighting, to enhance the visual experience and create the desired ambiance.
Collaborate with event organizers, presenters, and production teams to understand their audiovisual requirements and provide technical support throughout the event.
Conduct quality control analysis during performances and make adjustments as needed
Ensure proper video projection and display by configuring projectors, screens, and video sources, troubleshooting video signal issues, and adjusting video settings for optimal clarity and visibility.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, and lighting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime during events.
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repair logs, and event details to ensure proper equipment tracking and facilitate future event planning. Ensuring a smooth transition during the event.
Manage audio mixing and control, including volume levels, sound quality, and overall audio balance to ensure clear and balanced sound projection.
Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and testing of audiovisual equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
