Job Qualifications
| Minimum Requirements |

| He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a multicultural environment; |
| Should be a creative and innovative team player; |
| Should be a person of integrity; morally upright and mature; |
| Should be able to work under minimu supervision; |
| Should have excellent team leadaership skills |
| Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills; |
| PhD holder (in Distance or related Learning) or equivalent; |
| Must be of Academic Rank of a Senior Lecturer and above |
| Must meet the requirements of chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity |
| Minimum five years demonstrable experience |

| Training of users in the Technology; |
