Job Qualifications
| Minimum Requirements |

| Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT; |
| Be of high Christian morals, values and maturity. |
| Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills; |
| High sense of integrity and organizational ability; |
| High Level knowledge in Unix/Windows operating systems skills; |
| Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), object oriented database management systems' (OODBMS) and XML databse management systems; |
| Experience with common open source software such as Apache, Tomcat, PHP, Perl etc). |
| Good understanding and experience with learning Management systems such as Moodle |
| Experience with common open source software such as Apache, Tomcat, PHP, Perl etc). |
| Good understanding and experience with Document Management Solutions such as Afresco Document Management Software |
| At least four (4) year's of experience as a Database/Application Administrator in a busy institution; |
| Solid understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) |

| Analyze, interpret and disseminate systems performance data |
| Assist in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval; |
| Maintain system documentation |
| Management of systems security and data backup/recovery; |
| Monitoring systems performance and troubleshooting issues; |
| Prepare users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems. |
| Provide technical assistance and support to the Moodle Learning Management System software: |
| Responsible for setting up, configuration and fine-tuning of various applications and their associated databases e.g. Moodle learning, management system (LMS) and Document Management (DMS). |
